NICOLAÏ is one of the rare independent French perfume houses where creation, craftsmanship and production remain closely connected. The house, founded in 1989 by perfumer Patricia de Nicolaï, the great-granddaughter of Pierre Guerlain, together with her husband, carries a remarkable heritage whilst at the same time charting its own creative course.
For Patricia de Nicolaï, everything begins with the raw material. In the brand’s own Parisian laboratory, she and her team develop fragrances using exceptional natural ingredients from carefully selected origins, alongside innovative synthetic molecules. From sourcing materials to manufacturing and packaging, NICOLAÏ maintains control over the entire process, preserving the quality and integrity of each creation.
Rooted in the savoir-faire of French perfumery yet constantly exploring new olfactive territories, NICOLAÏ creates fragrances with character, refinement and a distinctive signature. A house where tradition becomes a foundation for creativity.
