Flowers are true classics in perfumery. Floral fragrances may focus on a single flower (a ‘soliflore’) or interweave several flowers into a more complex composition. They are also often combined with other notes, such as amber, wood or spices. A floral perfume may smell like a bouquet, but it can also transform a flower into something much more abstract.
