1 Gift vouchers and discount codes
1.1 How do I apply my gift voucher or discount code?

On a gift voucher you will find a unique barcode.

To use this code:

 

  • Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart
  • Click on the shopping cart icon in the menu bar at the top right. 
  • Click on 'view shopping cart'. On this page, you can review your order and enter a discount code.
  • Type all the numbers from your barcode in the 'discount code' field and click 'apply'. Your discount will now be applied to your order. 

 

1.2 Can I use more than one voucher at the same time?

You can only enter one discount code per order. If you have more than one voucher, and thus multiple unique bar codes, we advice to place different orders and use a discount code per order. 

 

Please note that the 10 EUR voucher that comes with a discovery box is valid one year and for any order from 50 EUR except discovery boxes and samples. 

Gift vouchers are valid one year and for orders of at least the total value of your voucher. 

 

1.3 When do I have to pay shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the EU from 25 EUR. If the final amount of your purchase (after deducting your discount code or gift voucher) is less than EUR 25, shipping costs are automatically charged. 

 

2 Shipping
2.1 To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship to all EU countries. Perfume is a dangerous product because it contains alcohol which makes shipping outside the EU complex. Moreover, there is a real chance you will be charged extra customs costs. We prefer to avoid such unpleasant surprises. 

 

2.2 When will my order be shipped and delivered?

As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will prepare your package as soon as possible. We do this during our opening hours, from Tuesday to Saturday. We will then deliver your parcel to the post office. The post office is closed on weekends. Therefore, orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

 

As soon as your parcel is prepared for dispatch, you will receive a message from us containing a tracking code. This way you can easily follow the delivery of your package. Depending on the country you live in, it takes between 1 and 5 working days to deliver your order. 

 

2.3 Do I have to pay shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders over 25 EUR. For orders below 25 EUR we charge part of the shipping costs.
