Try first before you open the box
To ensure that you don't buy a fragrance you don't like in the end, you receive a small sample with each bottle (except discounted products), so you can test your perfume before opening your perfume box. We cannot take back opened boxes.
You can also order 2 ml samples separately before buying a bottle.
We cannot provide samples for other products, like soaps, candles, etc...
How to return or exchange a product?
Perfumes, home sprays, linen sprays
We hope that you are pleased with the products you received from us, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a refund or exchange. You can return unopened, unused products (with the exception of samples, gift vouchers and discovery boxes) in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of return.
To return or exchange a product follow these steps:
- log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, we kindly ask you to register first. Please use the same email address you used for your purchase.
- select the order in question, click on 'return item(s)', fill out the form and send it.
- pack the product securely and stick the return label that came with your delivery on the box. If you didn't receive a return label, please contact us. You can find our contact details below.
- drop the package off at your post office.
Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Products that are not packed with the necessary care and therefore arrive damaged cannot be refunded.
Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot take back discounted products and other products than perfume, such as soaps, candles, magazines, etc... unless we sent you the wrong product, the product was damaged on arrival or if you paid via Klarna. When paying via Klarna we can only take back the product if it has not yet been opened or used, in its original condition and packaging.
In these cases, follow the steps described above.
Cancel Your Order
We are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been shipped. If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, log in to your account to review your order. If you don't have an account yet, please register first, using the email address you used for your purchase.
