This fragrance is the embodiment of the magnificent garden and beautiful surroundings of the estate Nellcôte in the South of France. In the spring of 1971, rebellious tenants and their colourful entourage hosted the property for six months.
Villa Nellcôte is an impressive 19th-century mansion at the French Côte d’Azur, facing the glittering views of Villefranche Bay. High wrought iron gates, fragrant pine trees and palms all keep unwanted visitors at bay. Perhaps the best way to describe Villa Nellcôte is something between a backstage dressing room and a hotel suite.
The mansion is associated with the production of one of the most iconic rock albums ever made: 'Exile on Main Str.' by the Rolling Stones. The fragrance is the embodiment of the magnificent garden and beautiful surroundings of the estate. Aromatic, floral and refreshing.
