The only thing which anyone has is the conviction that one exists, the conscious presence. Meditation is only on that sense of presence, nothing else.
Om is not only the sound and vibration of the universe but a visual representation of the states of deep sleep, dreaming, and waking. The illusion of separate material reality, and the absolute reality of a single one consciousness.
Who is the one that is aware that you exist in all three states? The natural answer is “I am.” I am is the ultimate fact, "who am I?" is the ultimate question, to which everybody must find an answer.
Meditation is turning your attention to the spark within. By its very nature the mind is outward turned. It always tends to seek for the source of things among the things themselves. To be told to look for the source within, is in a way, the beginning of a new life.
Dedicated in the spirit of peace among all beings of the universe, om, shanti, shanti, shanti.
